  • Learn proper form & technique
  • Work with a coach who will communicate honestly with you and who
    knows if you should be pushed harder or slowed down but never shamed
  • Get the right supplementation information
  • Work with a small group of 2-4 people so you are always motivated
    to keep going and try your best
  • 60 minute sessions each have your own unique warm up, strength session
    and cardio/metabolic conditioning session
  • Offsite work given to clients by your coach, to be completed
  • Be held accountable and see results
